It involves violence against wife, children, parents or the elderly. It has many forms including sexual abuse, physical, verbal, emotional, religious, reproductive abuse, beating, female genital mutilation and acid throwing. Domestics murders include stoning, bride burning, honor killing and dowry deaths. It comes in Criminal Law.
